Our Firm

"We have represented Rhode Islanders with trusted legal service since 1965."

Gene began his legal practice with the firm of McEntee, Morriss and Vacca in the Industrial National Bank Building in Providence ("The Superman Building").  While working in Providence, Gene opened a night office on the corner of Sandy Lane and Warwick Avenue in Warwick.  Recognizing the shifting population from Providence to Warwick and the need for full time legal services in Warwick, Gene relocated his practice to 1380 Warwick Avenue, Warwick, RI.

In 1988, Mary E. McCaffrey, after graduating from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts and Boston College Law School with a Juris Doctor Degree, began to practice with the firm.  While with the firm she served as an Associate Justice in the Warwick Municipal Court and as a Probate Judge in the Warwick Probate Court.  Later, she was appointed a Magistrate in the Rhode Island Family Court and left the firm.  Mary now serves as a Judge in the Rhode Island District Court.

    In 1989, Michael J.
