Eugene J. McCaffrey, Jr.
Gene graduated from LaSalle Academy in Providence and received a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College. After college, Gene enlisted in the Marine Corps and was discharged in December of 1959 as a 1st Lieutenant and later earned the rank of Major in the Marine Corps Reserves. After his active duty tour with the Marine Corps, Gene enrolled at Suffolk University Law School and received a Juris Doctor Degree. He has been a practicing attorney for more than 50 years and is licensed to practice in the State of Rhode Island, the Federal District Court and the United States Supreme Court.
In 1966, Gene was elected Representative from the Rhode Island 34th District. After serving as representative, he was elected for three terms as Senator from Warwick in the State Senate. In 1972, Gene was elected Mayor of Warwick, the second largest city in the state, and served for two terms.
Michael J. McCaffrey
Mike graduated from Bishop Hendricken High School in Warwick and received a Bachelor of Science from Providence College. Mike enrolled in Suffolk University Law School and received a Juris Doctor Degree. He was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar in 1989. He is licensed to practice in the State of Rhode Island, the Federal District Court and the District of Columbia.
Mike has been practicing law with McCaffrey & McCaffrey, LLP since 1989. His practice concentrates in personal injury, litigation, wills, trusts, estates, probate, property and land use matters, zoning, criminal defense, civil law and family law.
In 1994, Mike was elected State Senator from the Rhode Island 16th District. He has continued to serve in the Rhode Island State Senate. Mike is the chairman of the Rhode Island State Senate Judiciary Committee.
Mike has received the St. Thomas Moore Medal of Virtue award and the John. E. Fogarty award.
John T. McCaffrey
Jack is a graduate of Bishop Hendricken High School in Warwick and received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Providence College in 1987. In 1990 he graduated from Suffolk University in Boston with a Juris Doctor Degree. In 1990 he was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar and is licensed to practice in the State of Rhode Island and the United States District Court for the State of Rhode Island.
Jack has been practicing law with McCaffrey & McCaffrey, LLP since 1990. In 1999, Jack was appointed a part time Bail Commissioner from the Rhode Island District Court and has served in that capacity since then. He has represented an array of clients from individuals to corporations. His practice concentrates on personal injury, litigation, wills, trusts, estates, probate, criminal defense, civil law, and family law.
